Think restorative adult nap time, meets much needed stretching and breathing for the aches and pains trainers, handlers, decoys and those living with dogs often experience.
Stretches and poses will be supported by modifications and props, to help meet your body where it is that day. We provide you mats, blankets, bolsters, strap/leash, blocks, wall support and more.
